  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  7. Check for doneness. If macaroni is tender, it’s ready.
  8. If desired, sprinkle cheese on top and let melt before serving.
