- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Check for doneness. If macaroni is tender, it’s ready.
- If desired, sprinkle cheese on top and let melt before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to reduce fat.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
