  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the vegetables and mincing the garlic.
  2. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the chopped onion, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes on top of the beef.
  4. Pour the beef broth over the ingredients.
  5. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Cover the slow cooker with the lid.
  7. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  8. Once done, shred the beef with two forks and stir it back into the mixture.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
