- 2 pounds of beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 4 cups of beef broth
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the vegetables and mincing the garlic.
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped onion, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes on top of the beef.
- Pour the beef broth over the ingredients.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid.
- Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once done, shred the beef with two forks and stir it back into the mixture.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
