- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp mixture to the skillet.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- While shrimp cooks, warm tortillas in another pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, then top with cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the tacos before serving.

- Ensure shrimp is completely thawed if frozen.
- Do not overcook shrimp; they cook quickly.
- Feel free to add avocado or salsa for extra flavor.
