Instructions

  3. Add diced tomatoes, fish stock, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  5. Add shrimp, fish chunks, and mussels. Cook until seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
