Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 cup mussels, cleaned
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft.
- Add diced tomatoes, fish stock, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Add shrimp, fish chunks, and mussels. Cook until seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
