Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  5. Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Add half of the mixed seafood on top of the ricotta.
  8. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the seafood.
  9. Repeat layers: noodles, ricotta, seafood, and mozzarella.
  10. Finish with a final layer of noodles, marinara sauce, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  11. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  12. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
  13. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  • Ensure noodles are fully cooked but firm.
