A simple and delicious seafood lasagna recipe for beginners.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add half of the mixed seafood on top of the ricotta.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the seafood.
- Repeat layers: noodles, ricotta, seafood, and mozzarella.
- Finish with a final layer of noodles, marinara sauce, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for better flavor.
- Ensure noodles are fully cooked but firm.
- Let the lasagna rest to set for easier serving.
