Description
A hearty seafood chowder that is easy to make and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup clams, canned or fresh
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, shrimp, clams, and corn.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more or less cream.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
