Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup clams, canned or fresh
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, shrimp, clams, and corn.
  6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less cream.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
