- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Stir in the cooked linguine, parsley, and lemon juice. Toss until well combined.
- Serve immediately with extra parsley on top if desired.
