Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cheese and bacon to the dry ingredients and stir well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
