- 4 sausages
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 eggs (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the chopped onion and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Slice the sausages and add them to the skillet.
- Cook everything together until the sausages are browned and the potatoes are fully cooked, about 10 more minutes.
- If using eggs, you can fry or scramble them separately.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy your breakfast.

- Make sure to cut the potatoes into even pieces for consistent cooking.
