Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes (10 oz)
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup ground beef (optional)
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and bell pepper over medium heat.
  2. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the can of Rotel and stir to combine.
  4. In a separate pot, melt the cubed Velveeta cheese over low heat.
  5. Once melted, combine the cheese with the meat mixture.
