A creamy and comforting rice pudding that is easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rice
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice and milk. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with extra cinnamon if desired.
Notes
- Stir the pudding often to prevent sticking.
- If it gets too thick, add a bit more milk.
- Try adding raisins or nuts for extra flavor.
