- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat.
- Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture. Stir until all the cereal is coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan. Use a spatula or wax paper to flatten it down.
- Let it cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Make sure to use fresh marshmallows for best results.
- Do not overheat the marshmallows; they should just melt.
- Grease your hands or a spatula to help press the mixture down without sticking.
