  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and peanut butter to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  8. Stir in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  9. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  11. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
