Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir well.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
