Ingredients

  • 200g of noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and add the noodles. Cook according to the package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the noodles cook, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
  5. Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the pan with the vegetables.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the noodles and stir well to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

Notes

  • Make sure to stir the noodles occasionally while they cook to prevent them from sticking.
  • You can substitute the mixed vegetables with any vegetables you like.
  • If you prefer a spicier dish, add some chili flakes.
