A simple and tasty noodle recipe for beginners.
Ingredients

- 200g of noodles
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and add the noodles. Cook according to the package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- While the noodles cook, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
- Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the pan with the vegetables.
- Pour soy sauce over the noodles and stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
- Make sure to stir the noodles occasionally while they cook to prevent them from sticking.
- You can substitute the mixed vegetables with any vegetables you like.
- If you prefer a spicier dish, add some chili flakes.
