Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm over rice or pasta.
