Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles and soy sauce. Mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
