- 200g rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Don’t overcook the noodles; they should be al dente.
- Feel free to add your favorite protein, like chicken or tofu.
- Adjust the soy sauce to your taste preference.
