Instructions

- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate again for about 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
