Ingredients

- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, green onions)
- 1 boiled egg, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add chopped vegetables and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and top with sliced boiled egg.
Notes
- Use fresh vegetables for better flavor.
- Don’t overcook the noodles.
