- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add spinach and garlic powder, and cook until spinach wilts.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan.
- Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

- Make sure to stir the pasta occasionally while cooking.
- You can substitute spinach with kale or any leafy green.
- For added protein, consider adding grilled chicken or beans.
