- 1 lb of chicken breasts
- 2 cups of diced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions)
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the diced vegetables on top of the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme over everything.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything well.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
