Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil on the chicken and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet.
- Add broccoli florets around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken and broccoli over cooked rice.
