A simple and quick recipe for beef mince and spinach pasta.
Ingredients

- 250g beef mince
- 200g pasta
- 100g fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until soft.
- Add the beef mince to the pan. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the canned tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the beef and spinach sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
- Be careful not to overcook the pasta.
- You can substitute beef with turkey for a lighter option.
- Fresh spinach can be replaced with frozen spinach.
