Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until soft.
  4. Add the beef mince to the pan. Cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the canned tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
