Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until combined.

- Spread the batter over the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour water gently over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown.
