This pumpkin pecan cobbler is an easy and delicious dessert perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add milk and vanilla extract to the pumpkin mixture and stir well.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use canned pumpkin puree for convenience.
- Chop pecans to your preferred size.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for extra flavor.
