- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate chips for eyes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Add eggs and stir until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Cut the cake into ghost shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Top each ghost with whipped cream and add chocolate chips for eyes.
