Delicious praline crunch made with caramelized nuts and crispy cereal.

- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 4 cups rice cereal
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Add the chopped nuts to the mixture and stir well.
- Remove from heat and mix in the rice cereal until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Notes
- Be careful not to burn the sugar mixture while boiling.
- Use fresh nuts for the best flavor.
- Store in an airtight container to keep it crunchy.
