Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into even-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the potato cubes to the bowl and mix until they are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the potato cubes are of similar size for even cooking.
- Check for doneness by poking a cube with a fork; it should be tender.
