Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into equal pieces.
  2. Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with water.
  3. Add garlic cloves to the pot.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  5. Drain the water and return the potatoes to the pot.
  6. Add milk and butter to the potatoes.
  7. Mash the potatoes until smooth.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
