- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes for about 10 minutes or until slightly tender.
- Drain the potatoes and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add the sliced pepperoni and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, skip the pepperoni.
- Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Ensure not to overcook the potatoes in the boiling step.
