- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can pizza sauce (15 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 bag frozen tator tots (32 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- In a greased baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Top with pepperoni slices and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Arrange tator tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until tator tots are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, add your favorite vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
