- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 3 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the pizza sauce and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat mixture, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the pepperoni. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

- Make it vegetarian by omitting the meat and adding vegetables.
