A comforting and easy pizza casserole that combines all your favorite pizza flavors in a warm, hearty dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 3 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the pizza sauce and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat mixture, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the pepperoni. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
