- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and chopped pistachios.
- If using, add a few drops of green food coloring and swirl gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Make sure to stir constantly to avoid burning the chocolate.
- Let the fudge cool slightly before chilling for better texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
