- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

- Place the rolled dough into a pie dish and trim the edges.
- Fill the pie crust with your chosen fruit filling.
- Roll out a second piece of dough for the top crust. Place it over the filling and cut slits for steam to escape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Make sure your butter is very cold for a flaky crust.
- Don’t overwork the dough; mix just until combined.
- Use a variety of fruits for a mixed filling.
