A delicious and easy-to-make Philly grilled cheese sandwich that will satisfy your cravings.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (such as cheddar or American)
- 1/2 cup of cooked steak, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup of sautéed onions
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add cheese slices on top of the bread.
- Layer the sliced steak and sautéed onions on top of the cheese.
- Top with the second slice of cheese.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes more.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Make sure the skillet is not too hot to avoid burning the bread.
- Feel free to add other toppings like peppers or mushrooms.
