A delicious and classic Philly cheesesteak recipe that is easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Push the veggies to one side of the skillet.
- Add the sliced steak to the other side. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak until browned, about 5 minutes. Mix with the veggies.
- Place the provolone cheese over the meat and veggies. Cover the skillet until cheese melts.
- Split the hoagie rolls and fill them with the steak mixture.
- Serve hot and enjoy your cheesesteak!
Notes
- Use a sharp knife to slice the steak thinly for easier cooking.
- You can add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Toast the hoagie rolls for added crunch.
