Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet.
