Description
A simple and delicious pepperjack grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of pepperjack cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Top with two slices of pepperjack cheese.
- Add the remaining bread slices on top, butter side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the sandwiches carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute.
- Cut in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Use any bread you like.
- Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference.
- Watch the heat to avoid burning the bread.
