Description

A simple and delicious pepperjack grilled cheese sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of pepperjack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Top with two slices of pepperjack cheese.
  5. Add the remaining bread slices on top, butter side up.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip the sandwiches carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute.
  9. Cut in half and serve warm.
