Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, and butter.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture boils.
- Let it boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped pecans and vanilla extract.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let the pralines cool and harden for about 30 minutes.
