  • 1/2 cup corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and corn syrup.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
