Delicious peanut butter sandwich cookies filled with sweet cream.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let them cool.
- In another bowl, mix powdered sugar, butter, and milk until creamy.
- Spread the cream on the flat side of one cookie and top it with another cookie.
- Repeat until all cookies are filled.
Notes
- Make sure to let cookies cool before spreading the filling.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar in the filling.
- Store cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
