  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each ball with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then let them cool.
  6. In another bowl, mix powdered sugar, butter, and milk until creamy.
  7. Spread the cream on the flat side of one cookie and top it with another cookie.
  8. Repeat until all cookies are filled.
