Description

Peanut Butter & Jelly Thumbprint Cookies are soft, chewy cookies filled with your favorite fruit jam. They are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Use your thumb to make an indentation in the center of each ball.
  5. Fill each indentation with about 1/2 teaspoon of fruit jam.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
