Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  4. In serving cups, layer crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of the peanut butter cheesecake mixture on top of the graham crackers.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
  7. Top with chocolate shavings for garnish.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
