A simple and delicious peanut butter cheesecake served in a cup.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- In serving cups, layer crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the peanut butter cheesecake mixture on top of the graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
- Top with chocolate shavings for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Use a piping bag for a neat layer of cheesecake in the cups.
