Instructions

  2. Drain the crushed pineapple and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the drained pineapple with sugar and cheese.
  4. In another bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter.
  5. Layer half of the cracker mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Add the pineapple mixture on top of the crackers.
  7. Top with the remaining cracker mixture.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
