- 1 can of crushed pineapple (20 oz)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of crushed butter crackers
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the crushed pineapple and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the drained pineapple with sugar and cheese.
- In another bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter.
- Layer half of the cracker mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add the pineapple mixture on top of the crackers.
- Top with the remaining cracker mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
