Ingredients

- 200 grams of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 400 grams of canned tomatoes
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add a pinch of salt and pasta. Cook according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

- Don’t overcook the pasta; it should be al dente.
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
