Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 400g ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 500ml marinara sauce
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and brown them on all sides.
  5. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs in the skillet. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the spaghetti. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
