Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes to the pan and stir.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes.
- Once pasta is ready, drain it and add to the sauce.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.

- Stir the pasta occasionally while it cooks to prevent sticking.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
