Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream to the pan. Stir well.
- Add grated parmesan cheese to the cream mixture. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the cream sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
