Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream to the pan. Stir well.
  4. Add grated parmesan cheese to the cream mixture. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the cream sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
