A simple and delicious parmesan crusted chicken sheet pan dinner for beginners.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound mixed vegetables (like broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the cheese mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Spread mixed vegetables around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the chicken breasts are of even thickness for even cooking.
- You can use any vegetables you like.
- If the chicken is browning too quickly, cover it loosely with foil.
