- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are fully coated with the spice mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Place the chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
- Adjust spices to your taste for more or less heat.
- Make sure wings are dry before seasoning for better crisp.
