- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange peel, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken to the pan. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, and orange peel. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Make sure to cut chicken into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- Adjust the amount of orange peel based on your taste.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, add more cornstarch mixed with water.
